IN THE WORKSOrder, dates and places
The release that turns a list of cards into something you can navigate: sections, search, dates that remind you of themselves, and cards that know which shop they belong to.
NEW
Categories — cards group into sections in the list. Seven come built in — shopping, groceries, eating out, health, fuel, transport, entertainment — and you can rename them or add your own.
Search and filter — find a card by shop name or by number, with the chips above the list narrowing it as you type.
Drag to reorder — hold a card and move it where it belongs; the one you use daily stays on top.
Photo covers — put a picture on a card and find it in the list without reading a word.
Expiry dates — give a card a last day: it shows as a badge in the list, and a reminder arrives a week before it passes.
Cards by place — pin a card to a shop on the map and it comes forward when you are standing there. Only a point is stored, on the device.
App lock — a fingerprint, a face or the device PIN before the cards open.
Home screen widget — the card you need, one tap away from the launcher.
Cardfold Pro — one payment lifts the ten-card ceiling and opens covers, categories, dates, places, the lock and all five themes.
BETTER
A flashlight in the scanner — for the dark corner of a wallet where the barcode always hides.
Covers travel in the backup — the export carries the images too, compressed on the way out.
Deleting moved out of the card sheet — it now lives on the card's own screen, where a thumb cannot reach it by accident at the till.
Haptics where they help — a short answer from the phone when a card is picked up, dropped or saved.
