Order, dates and places

The release that turns a list of cards into something you can navigate: sections, search, dates that remind you of themselves, and cards that know which shop they belong to.

NEW

  • Categories cards group into sections in the list. Seven come built in — shopping, groceries, eating out, health, fuel, transport, entertainment — and you can rename them or add your own.

  • Search and filter find a card by shop name or by number, with the chips above the list narrowing it as you type.

  • Drag to reorder hold a card and move it where it belongs; the one you use daily stays on top.

  • Photo covers put a picture on a card and find it in the list without reading a word.

  • Expiry dates give a card a last day: it shows as a badge in the list, and a reminder arrives a week before it passes.

  • Cards by place pin a card to a shop on the map and it comes forward when you are standing there. Only a point is stored, on the device.

  • App lock a fingerprint, a face or the device PIN before the cards open.

  • Home screen widget the card you need, one tap away from the launcher.

  • Cardfold Pro one payment lifts the ten-card ceiling and opens covers, categories, dates, places, the lock and all five themes.

BETTER

  • A flashlight in the scanner for the dark corner of a wallet where the barcode always hides.

  • Covers travel in the backup the export carries the images too, compressed on the way out.

  • Deleting moved out of the card sheet it now lives on the card's own screen, where a thumb cannot reach it by accident at the till.

  • Haptics where they help a short answer from the phone when a card is picked up, dropped or saved.

RELEASED

The first release

A wallet for loyalty cards that works fully offline: no accounts, no network requests, no analytics.

IN THE BOX

  • Scan once the camera reads thirteen types of code and fills in the number and the format itself; typing by hand is checked against length, character set and check digit.

  • Bright at the till tapping a card opens a sheet with the code drawn large and pushes the screen to full brightness, then puts it back.

  • Ten formats drawn on screen QR, Code 128, Code 39, Code 93, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, ITF-14 and Codabar; PDF417, Aztec and Data Matrix are stored as a large number.

  • Twelve card colours with the text colour computed from contrast, so a name stays readable on any of them.

  • Backup you own export writes every card into one JSON file; import restores them on a new phone after telling you how many are in the file.

  • Five themes, two schemes Coffee, Cobalt, Forest, Amethyst and Rose in light and dark, every pair checked against WCAG AA.

  • Three languages English, Ukrainian and Russian, following the system if you want them to.

How updates arrive

Through Google Play, like any other app. Nothing is downloaded from us, and no update is ever forced on you mid-shop.

Nothing breaks on the way

Cards from an older version open in a newer one, and a backup file from 1.0 imports into 1.1 as it is.
